Rock Schools beginner drum lessons are the most effective approach for beginner drum lessons. Students are behind the drum kit at their very first lesson. Drum teacher/instructor shows the student the drums many components and familiarizes them with their sounds that each component makes. Basic arms and hand positioning, common drum rudiment patterns and a basic rock pattern that maneuvers drum students around the drum kit. BEGINNER DRUM LESSONS - Rock Schools beginner drum lessons are the most effective approach for beginner drum lessons. Students are behind the drum kit at their very first lesson. Drum teacher/instructor shows the student the drums many components and familiarizes them with their sounds that each component makes. Basic arms and hand positioning, common drum rudiment patterns and a basic rock pattern that maneuvers drum students around the drum kit. INTERMEDIATE DRUM LESSONS - As we identify students progress through Rock Schools beginner drum lessons when students have developed their skills for more challenging intermediate to advanced keyboard techniques going even further and immersing themselves deeper into learning the ins-and-outs of the the drums through private lessons, On Tour group rehearsals and progressed to live performances on stage now have the opportunity to audition for a spot in Rock School's House Band. ADVANCED DRUM LESSONS - Rock School's advanced drum lessons are tailored to building on the skills that students have developed in their beginner drum lesson course and have transitioned from intermediate to Rock Schools advanced course. Giving students under 18 the opportunity to join a gigging band composed of fellow musicians from the school. These students perform additional live shows throughout the year. All students in Rock Schools performance program have the opportunity to audition for a spot in Rock School's House Band. Once selected, House Band members become leaders in the Rock School community, and perform live shows throughout the year at "The Place" that's Making Music Matter For Kids with opportunity to open for regional and national acts.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/missed lesson Policy: Students are responsible for all scheduled lessons. If a conflict occurs and it is prior to 24 hour notice, you may reschedule the lesson. Lessons that are cancelled/missed without a 24 hour notice may not be able to be rescheduled. Lessons may be rescheduled for the same week or may be doubled up on the next lessons (if available). If we have to cancel a lesson, it can either be reschedule or credit will be given for the lesson to the next month.
