A vibrant music economy drives value for cities in several important ways job creation, economic growth, tourism development, city brand building, and artistic growth. A strong music community has also been proven to attract other industrial investments, along with talented young workers who put a high value on quality of life, no matter their profession. Making Music Matter for Kids has had to rethink the entire approach to live social gatherings, taking our time to set up the production to ensure everything goes smooth with the virtual online music events and fulfill the thrill of a live concert experience and personal connection like no other. The term “Music City” was once identified as Tennessee’s music capital and its demographics have been used widely to cultivate music cities communities throughout the globe. Evan as in-person events pick up virtual concerts aren’t going away, "Electric Music City" actively promotes a vibrant online community to enhance the Making Music Matter For Kids mission by forming value-driven relationships across the USA. There is nothing like music as a means to connect people, bridge linguistic and cultural divides, and provide an avenue for identity and expression. Music is a transformative experience. Collectively generating rich social, cultural, and economic benefits.
There is nothing like music as a means to connect people, bridge linguistic and cultural divides and provide an avenue for identity and expression. Music is a transformative experience. Collectively, the music ecosystem generates rich social, cultural, and economic benefits. Cities are increasingly assigning importance to these advantages and working with their music communities to accelerate the growth of the music economy, and identify and eliminate barriers. Small or large, they have the potential to become Music Cities. This report identifies the essential elements of Music Cities, details the benefits they generate, and describes the most effective strategies Music Cities employ to enhance their music economies. It provides a “roadmap” for music community leaders, as well as officials and elected officeholders to develop a comprehensive music strategy for their municipality. These recommendations can be scaled to communities of any size; however, for the purpose of this report we will use the term “Music City
Now that Electric Music City Studio is built, coordinating the production has taken a little more time than anticipated. We will ensure our community that everything goes smoothly as possible and fulfill the mission with the excitement of live online music entertainment. Join The Electric Music City Development team. A proactive community-based coalition of advocate supporters - teachers, parents, school officials, and community leaders to help advance the support to highlight outstanding efforts in music and art education for creative young people. Working together to foster lasting improvement & empower passionate young people by emphasizing music's amazing benefits and a strong focus on supporting their talents. MMMFK knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2016, our Non-Profit Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Electric Music City.
Making Music Matter For Kids is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before. We work on many exciting projects to help improve the lives of others, and are very proud of the progress we continue to make.
